Your role
- Issues Batch Production Records to plant production by fulfilling the weekly production plan
- Manages the physical and electronic versions of the company's quality documentation (such as technical documents, procedural documents, etc.) through its lifecycle (creation, storage, distribution, and destruction)
- Handles document transaction requests from internal and external customers for controlled issuance.
- Assists in the periodic review of the procedural document by notifying the author of the status of their documents
- Participates in internal audits and external regulatory inspections by providing support on documentation needs and inquiries

About you
- Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry
- Must be a licensed Pharmacist, Registered Chemical Engineer, or licensed Chemist
- 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience is preferred
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Must be a team player
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High proficiency in MS Office Applications
