Your role
- Assists the Brand Champion by managing selected marketing programs from development to execution.
- Sets clear program objectives and measures.
- Ensures timely planning, execution, and evaluation of assigned marketing programs.
- Monitors and fine-tunes programs to ensure the quality of execution, and ensures proper alignment with key stakeholders in executing projects.
- Brings innovative concepts to completion by executing projects according to plan, under the manager's supervision.
- Supports Brand Champion by actively engaging in the development of marketing strategies, engagement briefs, marketing/business plans, and other strategic initiatives, through the application of thorough brand / relevant market/customer knowledge.
- Gathers data and analyzes relevant business information and customer findings to identify performance drivers, issues, and opportunities.
- Assists in managing the company resources, reviewing plans and cost efficiencies, and ensuring reasonable business returns for the assigned marketing programs.

About you
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or any related course
- Open to fresh graduates
- Relevant experience would be an advantage
- With a go-getter attitude who has the curiosity, aptitude, and persistence to solve consumer and business problems
- Has interest and aptitude in digital marketing alongside the classical brand management role
- With excellent project management and interpersonal skills
